Every little girl dreams of her wedding day.  That is the one day that she actually gets to dress up like a princess, marry her Prince Charming, and believe in happily every after.  Unfortunately, for some, that dream becomes a nightmare.  As a wife, I often longed for a safe place to talk about my challenges and triumphs to gain insight from others that were on the same journey.  How do you balance it all and find time for yourself?  How do you/did you manage the teenage years with your kids?  There is no cookie cutter answer, but we can glean wisdom from one another to build happier healthier lives and communities.  Wise women build while foolish women tear down with their hands.  It's time to build.

WHO IS THIS community FOR?

Wise Wives Build was created for married women and Esthers in Waiting (singles) of all ages and races that want to build healthier:

• Relationships with God. Even though He is the architect and author of our life, He is often a last resort or the last thing on our list of priorities behind the kids, work, fitness, and so much more. It’s time to make Him the third part of that three fold chord that is not easily broken.

• Marriages. Sometimes you can get so comfortable that you feel like roommates than lovers. It’s time to do things differently and rekindle the flame that you once carried with your spouse. In many cases, however, we messed up by carrying a flame for our spouse. After the children and career, it will be the two of you.

• Families. Children are a gift and should be nurtured. We are admonished to train up our children but we cannot live for them. They will always be IN your heart, but they grow up and move out/on with their lives (hopefully) building on the foundation you gave them.

• Businesses. Everyone is not an entrepreneur but many of you are. You felt like you had to put your dreams and aspirations on the back burner. I’ll do it once my kids are grown. I’ll go after my husband gets his business going and so on. You don’t have to choose between your family, ministry, and children. You can have it all with a little bit of planning.

• Personal Life. Women give so much to everyone else that they often neglect themselves. They are so busy saving the world that they forget to save themselves. Even the airlines teach you in the case of an emergency put the oxygen mask on yourself first. Why is this so hard for us to grasp? It’s time to be the best version of yourself…mind, body, and spirit.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT?

• Community. So many people especially wives suffer in silence. You feel like you cannot be honest about your struggles. You function under the image and auspice of what happens in the house stays in the house. Let’s not forget talking to all the wrong people… Here you can talk to other wives who are showing up to make things better not murmur, complain, and tear things down.

• Accountability. There will be challenges and check-ins to make sure you stay on track with YOUR goals. If you are like me you can talk yourself out of anything you don’t want to do. This group helps you stay focused, but it only works if you do the work and check the excuses at the door.

• Email Correspondence. We do not spam our friends. You will receive emails geared towards topics that are relevant to you.

• Informational Videos & Resources. Relationships are similar to cars. They are all different but we can use many of the same tools on each of them. The placement and application are different. Some things you may not need right now but store them up in your pantry (heart) for a rainy day. One day you or someone you know may need the information.

• Daily Interaction & tasks. There will be encouraging posts or discussion questions posted to help you gain another perspective or dig a little deeper. This is your time and space to work on you and let God handle the rest.

• Discounts on services. There will be special discounts for those who are enrolled in the mentorship group.
